Return and Refund

🔁 Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item or it doesn’t match what was ordered

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase

  • You must share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear

  • Sale or discounted items

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

📦 Return Shipping

  • If we made an error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost

  • For all other accepted returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us
